Is this real or passive interest?
There are a lot of NFL stadiums that will need events this year and for many years into the future. Can the new company fill any part of that constantly with HIGH QUALITY EVENTS? ONE RIGHT AFTER THE OTHER?

NFL stadiums and NL Stadiums can be great if they can use all available dates to hold some kind of events. That could be RODEOS, GIANT TRUCK RACES, CIRCUSES, ROCK AND ROLL CONCERTS, CLASSICAL CONCERTS it would not matter as long as they are good enough to bring people to the events over and over again and to do that they have to be well known for GOOD HIGH QUALITY EVENTS that are worth the money over and over again.

Is Rick Papaleo that good? Lets hope so. Does he have friends that are that good?

Maybe even ANTIQUE shows!

They (events)have to be good enough to get people to travel hundreds of miles through snow and ice at night to fill the events over and over again.
