Alliance finally out as of Q2?

Makes sense to me or the news no matter how good won't have much effect. I note it's been a long time since Yaacov clarified we are cash positive these days. That's what bugs me so much lately EVERY little last detail hangs on Yaacov's blessing when this should be common knowledge for any serious OTCBB contender.

He is leaving himself a lot of room to doctor the truth if he needs too IMO. Hope I'm wrong about all this, fact is there is simply to much going on behind closed doors. Anyone with half a noodle sees a red flag in this strategy he employs yet Yaacov is still on his own schedule.

I can't say it's only money been in this too long to see it fail. In fact reckon that's what kept me here 5 years, just the reward of having helped a good cause. Will I be P.O.'ed if he screws up...
