Someone has to explain to me the DRASTIC Drop after the news of the merger was announced ??

This thing FELL OFF the EARTH down to .0001 !

Either everyone was fooled about what it meant or

EVERYONE knew What it meant, which is NOT good !

Take your pick but if this was going places, the fall does not make sense.

Also , why would not one of the bigger beverage companies play ball ?
