Personally, I don't think we'll see another large S-8 at these levels. They should be able to finance the company on it's own merits before too long - the company may turn a small profit this Q and the forward Q's are looking to shape up nicely...my bet is that we see Q over Q sequential growth and profits throughout '08 and also new business initiatives. This is why I'm so bullish!!

It would seem that Mak would not need to do another S-8 until it's far less dilutive at a higher PPS. Afterall, he's diluting his upside too so I think the last S-8 was it for awhile.

I'm still going to stick my neck out and forcast a 5 dollar PPS is in the cards by Q4-'08 so remember where you heard it first.
