Coffee Pacifica announced in a press release date July 27, 2007, that it has retained Malone & Associates, LLC, ("Malone") located in Camarillo, CA, to provide investor relations services till March 24, 2008. Malone will be paid three hundred and seventy five thousand (375,000) restricted Rule 144 shares of the common stock of the Company on October 2, 2007. Malone provides specialized stockholder communications and corporate advisory services.
