LDTI....current share structure...

current issued and outstanding shares of the Corporation are 13.8M and the approximate public trading float is believed to be between 1.5M and 2M shares. The Company currently has $2.3M in liabilities of which over half are owed to John R. Ayling, Leisure Direct's Chairman and CEO. Mr. Ayling has contributed personal funds to maintain operations and limit dilution to shareholders. The Company does not have any bank debt
