ABVG will buy 39 millions of AURC shares. Those shares will be taken in our accounts (about 10% per shareholders) if the Aurus BOD accept the deal. It is not new shares issued, they need to take 10% on the market and the market is us. In exchange of your 10% AURC shares, they will give you ABVG shares.

This is the regular way to proceed with pink sheet companies. DOS gives an alternate way (see his few last posts) but I doubt it will be choosen.
