Something tells me they have aready been talking to such as well as the monster's of the business-In other words, and this might explain Jim Coleman taking 100,000, the interest in Cortex from prospective partners of all size's and shapes is far in excess of the market's interest-If you can't tell this from Roger's tone, ( he ain't PT Barnum) you don't want to hear it. I remember talking to a CEO , Collaterall Therapuetics in the 2001-2002- bear market whose stock was getting thrashed by shorts and selling. They had a gene therapy based VEGF drug designed to improved coronary disease. The stock was getting crushed with no news, I called him, he explained it was shorts- the largest holders of stock had informed him, they saw enormous shorting on any uptick-He laughed and said that though they were having a field day but it would likely be fleeting, I asked how or why....He didn't say anything direct-just implied in no way as directly as Roger that the shorts were making a mistake, In about 2 months Schering of Germany bought them at a nice premium, about 300% from where we had talked. He took the side of explaining in a post reg FD period" just stick with me" because he felt the pain too, I think he owned 5% or something like that. Now see Roger's statements and his personal option holding:" Our pipeline is the best it has ever been" ---"I am planning on buying more"...." we think RD has a chance to be huge, but we'll know more once..." We think ADHD will be a better bet with 20 years of patent" and many more.....This is a part of their discussion with the eventual owners of COR's technology.....You have to read between the lines. Not to mention Tran showing up.....Anything else is defeatist mentality, the stock price mentating you to seeing no light at the end of the tunnel.
