When working with government agencies, yes it is true things take a little longer. The dates we are looking for for are out of Baltia's hands. DOT can come anytime soon and the registration of shares is up to the SEC, even though there was an 'approximate date of proposed registration to the public of January 17, 2008'.
On high serious watch here come Tuesday...we are at a point now where at anytime we will learn of DOT's response.
