This is an explanation I can agree 100%. BTW, the reason I think that there are 9:1 chances that ABVG-AURC "relations" are real and it's not Ryan's fabrication: he uses Krong-Arkadia agreement numbers (which he could get from open sources like all of us) BUT he also has Independent appraisal No 77-76418723/07/07/11-01/01 which is not in the agreement and is available only to the person who reads the final document - Arkadia's appraisal.
