The next submission date is 2/4. The comment about Richard "putting
it up his nose" is BS, absolutely inappropriate.
Some facts here, spun to serve the miscreants interests.
The appeal is about two issues: the pre-eminence of BK Court
authority over the SEC,
Bud.
Bud's information is that Judge Lynch behaved in a manner consistent
with one having full knowledge he is about to be overturned and
recused with shades of ignominy...thus, in order to save his
credibility and honor, he is trying desperately to force Tifford to
ask for a stay of the proceedings of his court, which would
automatically put a freeze on the 2nd circuit hearing scheduled for
Feb. 25...but Tifford & RA are not buying into this strategy...Lynch
is asking why Tifford is not asking for more time to answer the SEC's
queries about RA's finances by filing for a stay...Judge Lynch is
feeling the pressure of rebuttal and rebuke from the higher
court...the heat is on...
For those of you that saw the response to Senator Nelson from the
Denver SEC chief (to a letter I had written to the senator)...it is
alleged the SEC guy has committed serious perjury on many fronts by
lying to a U.S. Senator...we shall see where that leads...we are
living in interesting times...the rats on RB and the posters on the
other yahoo and the IHUB board who are nothing but fronts for the
trapped shorts, some masquerading as decent humans while others being
their true asinine selves (blame it on the pay scales) will be coming
out of the woodwork like roaches hit by RAID in the coming days and
weeks...watch out..stay clear of these vermin...also, to the extent
you are comfortable, ask and get your certs.
