I understand how you might feel that,, S/L has gotten favored treatment..I believe that, if PTSC had not gotten rid of the onerous terms,, especially the..'RESET' provisions,,which, if you read that part,,was akin to a millstone, which would become heavier as the S/P,kept dropping..
....We are now in a better position, as we move forward..
We have removed an obstacle,which would be more costly in the longer term..
PTSC has cleared up most of the pecuniary problems.
..What we are now facing are the patent related issues..
...When those affairs are settled,,we will have clear sailing,,in my assessment of the situation..Good luck to us all..Peace..
