Golden- I just got my hard copy newsletter in the mail.Did you get yours???? There is very little info but the front page says

"FOR INFO ON OPENING NEW TRADING ACCOUNTS PLEASE CONTACT INVESTOR RELATIONS.(609)-529-3671

It also has the new Asia IR firm to contact to open new accounts.

Now for the kicker.... I have a newsletter in my email from EDS
dated Dec 18 on a china play that went from .005 to .185.
I will quote the part that I feel relates also to PWDR.

"INVESTORS WORLSWIDE FLURISH WITH EXCITEMENT IN OUR HOTTEST CHINA PLAY EVER (PINKSHEETS:ONMC)
WORD OF OUR LITTLE GEM OF A BABY STOCK "OMNC" HAS SPREAD WORLDWIDE.INVESTORS FROM HONG KONG SINGAPORE AND TOKYO ARE E-MAILING AND CALLING US ASKING WHERE THEY CAN OPEN AN ACCOUNT SO THAT THEY CAN BUY A PINK SHEET TRADED STOCK.

So Golden do you think these same Asian investors who bought and buying China Water "ONMC' are going to step to the plate here on PWDR? IMHO... I think EDS is waiting for this large investor to finish his dumping and then will give the word to the Asian's. Now don't get me wrong as I did speak with Weiss yesterday and he told me nothing about any of this. All he said was that a NYC brokerage firm blind sided PWDR and us investors with the dumping of 17 Million freed up rule funding 144 shares which pretty much finished by the SHM on Oct 30th. He also told me about this current dumping from a disgruntled shareholder with millions of shares which started several days after the SHM. I told Weiss that this guy has to be a total fool for selling @ .11 or for selling anything under .20 let alone doing this just to make a statement because Brian hurt his feelings by not giving him a job with the Company.
Maybe this guy will stop selling? Maybe not? In any event I bought another 50k shares yesterday and I am gonna buy more.Much More. Why? Because we now know whats going on and where the selling is from. Its gonna have to end and when it does I think the Asians / Chineese take this to new heights
