Dread: I'd like to thank you for the post. I'll also submit a thought for consideration. I think the "perfect storm" to which you refer may have peaked about a year ago. I believe that many companies have by now chosen the direction they wish to go and it does not include TOVC. Once committed it is unlikely they will switch horses. I also believe that the financial and credit market situation is not now as favorable as it was a year ago. Will that be this year's SARS?

Certainly still a lot of opportunitys left but the sweet spot, I think, is in the rear view mirror.
