I'm not saying that at all. I'm sorry, it's obvious I went somewhat over your head, but unless you have an accounting business then don't worry about it. But every business owner should certainly know what their business is worth.

To keep things simple, for a sale price of $1.3 million to be valid, then by my calculations the cash flow at the station should've been around $50,000 per year. Now whether it really is that or not...I have no idea....I'm just stating what it should be to truly validate the $1.3 million sale price. Also, the revenues should've been around $185,000 per year.

That's my theoretical figures. Anyone know what the actual figures were?
