I read in the IDCC room that Qualcomm had signed but it wasn't really clear. How come they won't sign?

I was going to buy some IDCC today but it was because I thought all the big players had signed with them. Now I'm glad I didn't follow thru because Zacks released a STRONG sell today for IDCC.

It doesn't seem right that Qualcomm collects all the royalties without sharing any with IDCC who helped invent 3G. Why doesn't Qualcomm do the right thing?
