So far.....

this company hasn't shown us squat!!!!!

There are so many conflicting things being said it is tough to figure out what to expect. I do believe the Security deal is done. I do believe there is other acquisitions being negotiated. I do believe the funding/private placement is going to happen and should be close to done. And I do believe they really are trying to get the filing in on time for a change.

But what in the hell is taking them so long? This crap that everything is waiting on the filing doesn't hold water IMO. The Security Deal, for all practical purposes was signed with an LOI in November. It was even scheduled, reportedly, for closing on 12/21/01. Remember the infamous news release IR posted on RB? Remember it was written and confirmed by Judy? So if it was so close to closing then, what in the hell is the hold up now? The filings? BS!!!! The filings won't show anything detrimental to this deal because there isn't really anything to report new. Its a freaking shell. The Security deal is supposed to be the first step in fulfilling the companys new direction.

Then the private placement was supposedly held up because share price wasn't where it was negotiated on this placement. They claimed they were waiting for it to drop back down then it would be done and announced. Well folks, its been down for almost a month now so wheres the news?

Beginning to see a pattern here gang. Doesn't this all sound familiar? Remember last summer with all the high hopes and toutings of a promotion that was to kick in. Then came the excuses and delays. Company started saying this has to happen before that can happen and then that has to happen before this can happen. I am not referring to 9/11 here but the period prior to it. All the excuses we heard then. This is REALLY getting old.

Don't get me wrong, I think they have all of these things going. But for the life of me I can't figure out why it takes this company so long to complete something. What makes it even worse this time around is there is no where to really go for answers. Nobody to talk to. Nobody with any information. Nobody with anything.

So we sit and we wait..
