Did Bud really write this? If so, it confirms the man lives in his own little warped world. He believes he can influence others to "break" Jane Moscowitz by harassing her? Bud, here's a dose of reality!


I can't comment personally as I am a creditor but to tell you to keep
those cards and letters, and emails coming in to her like daily
missiles.

My professional bet is that she is beginning to break right now.

She hasn't found any offshore accounts, and there is no money to pay her.

She didn't get the Jackson Master Tapes.

MS. MOSCOWITZ: I want you to understand that people have told me that Mr. Altomare has these recordings, and I have documents showing him trying to sell them and use them through Don King. I don't have them, and I will pursue this, and we need to come to a resolution of this because this is property of Universal Express.

On January 15, 2008, I delivered to my attorney, Arthur W. Tifford, Esq., Tifford and Tifford, P.A., 1385 NW 15 Street, Miami FL 33125 all original and master recordings referred to as the 'Jackson master tapes or recordings" that were in my possession, custody or control. I did so in compliance with the Court s order to turn over possession of the tapes.
