Second I believe this is different than the agreement Bush signed recently with Russia on weapons grade material. My memory is not so good at my age. I believe this was to turn weapons grade material into lower grade material. I believe the Russians have the only reactor to do that and they are going to build another one. It is some where in Russia. I got the feeling the US was going to send that material to them to convert it into lower grade material. I recently read in an article (I believe I posted it here) that the Dept of Energy was going spend 55B to clean up just the military nuclear mess.
If you could comment on this and find out more information on this side of the clean up it would be great.
This market is huge and the players are few. Lets hope NNRI is one of the major subcontractors in the market to the Russian nuclear operation. The more I read the bigger this market gets only problem is NNRI is not getting any bigger in its stock price.
