my question would be - why bother raising the a/s if you plan on doing a r/s and reduce the number of shares anyway? if they were going to do a r/s they wouldnt need to raise the a/s as they would have more room IMO.

so i dont think a r/s is going to happen yet IMO. lets see whats next for $.0002 i think we all know this is a risky play.
