Kuan, thanks for your thoughts.
However you are right------ I find it hard to be so optimistic.

"The mining will come. I believe, do you"?
No. why, because I now firmly believe JB has always known the mine to be of no real value. This is made evident to me by the inability to gain willing partners to engage the mining process or borrow capital with the so called 'assey' in hand.

Radio/ TV
I have seen, visited and listened to the stations when they are up, ) I have talked with local folks about these stations( in Al.). To expect what you hope will happen with them is pretty far fetched. Drastic changes would need occur for any expansion of potential revenue to be realized.

Bio refinery----We all know it is easy to gamble with the money of others. If Beebe had been able to generate enough intersest and capital in the beginning to implement the refinery plan he may have done so. However there comes a point in time when the realization is clear that the required capital will not be obtained. It is then that he began to milk the 'idea' for whatever he could get, and continues to do so.

I am perhaps more pesimistic than you are optimistic but this is the position i believe actions and decisions of this companies management dictate to be the most prudent. IMHO
