somehow, someway, for whatever reason i think they are. i think a green light was given, and they were let. its hard to say. it is a presumption.

the numbers match. there were some , who were somewhat expectant of volume as a sign of good things to come. we got the volume, the good thing happened, the pps rose. i think gbdx has alot of living to do. i'd like to think the TO manifests in process relatively soon. that makes me somewhat presumptuous
