The money goes to the business, not to Steve Carnes. It was Steve Carnes' investment in hard cash that put Revenge into business in the first place.

When the company burned through that and was close to going under, he arranged for it to go public so it could raise additional capital through a shell merger.

The filing that registered shares for sale was for the purpose of raising more capital to fund operations.
