April at the earliest. I thought that stock had to be trading with a min bid of .25 last time we were looking at it.

Back then I asked buzz of they were going to do an RS to get the PPS to .25 and he said it wasn't needed. He did not get into the reasons why.

1. From what I found if you look at other companies that are set up the same way it looks to me like it does not have to be a 1 for 1 transaction. I pinky share does not equal 1 HK share.

2. So they way they figure the price to list would be 5 shares of of bztg = 1 share of BZTK

#1 is a fact #2 is my best guess and I could and probably am full of Sh*t.
