The judgement happened in some kind of 'quick court'. I don't know if you have something similar in the US, but we have it in Belgium too.

Maybe you remember that I said there were trouble between PNMS and desimplex a couple of months before it came official. Nobody believed that too. This is from the same source, so I guess you will be hearing about it...
