P.D.C. Innovative Industries, Inc. Signs Franchise Agreement

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 16, 2004--P.D.C. Innovative Industries, Inc. ("PDC" or the "Company") (OTCBB:PDCN - News) announces the recent signing of a Ragin' Ribs restaurant franchise in the North Hillsborough Territory. The restaurant is located in Temple Terrace, a suburb of Tampa, Florida.
Under the terms of the Restaurant Franchise Agreement, the franchisee, Mr. Jonathon Massie paid the Company a franchisee fee of $25,000. The agreement requires Mr. Massie to pay a royalty of 4% of gross sales from this restaurant operation.
