sorry can't clarify it any more then what it says in the article I posted, I don't claim by a long shot to understand better then anyone else, I just take what I read in the part I bolded it is clear to me, but again that is my humble opinion of what I read. It really dose not matter to me for I do not plan on selling any shares for long time so I will get the dividend either way :)
