I don't really understand all the angst being shown on the miningblog thing.

I mean it's not 1997 anymore. Back then it was reasonable to see people getting all frazzled and out of sorts about Medinah, but since then there's been a whole lotta water under the bridge and I would think that people would take a more pragmatic view now.

I've traded the stock like 6 times now I think and I've made money 5 times. The one time I didn't was pretty much break even.
Elrac was usually posting when I talked about my trades, so I think he'll tell ya that I'm not totally full of bull.

I think the problem that people get into with Medinah is the same problem that they get into with a lot of Jr. mining stocks.
They get so "involved" with the story that they forget the reason they got into the stock in the first place. To MAKE MONEY.

It starts to become an ALL or NONE proposition. If the stock goes up 80% you start thinking "that's great, but I know it could go up 10,000%". If it drops 50% you start thinking, "Wow, it was great before at twice the price, so I better buy more now when it's so much cheaper".

Bastin had a little chart on his posts that sort of summed up the thinking of people that were in stocks like this and it was DEAD ON.
