Separate SEC charges alleged additional FCPA violations by Baker Hughes in Nigeria, Angola, Indonesia, Russia, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan.

Maybe ERHE could possibly be construed of "bribing" 100K (given for college fund, I think).

So what kind of fine would that be IF IS WAS TRUE? Maybe a million dollars at best. That's why most here believe any fines would be insignificant. Hey, Krom, if I was ERHE I would 'give' the govt. a cool million just to get them of our back. You know, just pay the extortion and be done with the investigation.
