Rich, I saw that you mentioned the Finger Lakes and real estate prices...etc,
My wife has been wanting to buy a summer home on Lake Canandaigua for the past couple of years. I have been trying to slow her down due to everything that is going on in the nations real estate market. Of course the Canandaigua realtors tell her that Canandaigua is different..relatively immune to a decline.

Sounds like a fairy tale to me. I'd love to hear any thing you have to say about real estate in that area.
