Just a couple of clarifications... 1-- What does it matter what the share price was on December 17th? We had a floor on the Convertible at .002 so even if the stock went to .0017 we still convert at the higher level.2-- The company did NOT increase the A/S learn the rules. On a reverse split the A/S remains the same. No big deal. It is the O/S shares that all computations are based on.3-- The Company doesn't have free trading shares and they cannot sell any shares. Why would they? The company has the ability to raise all the money they need through another Convertible Debenture or through a merger/aquisition with another company. I feel some of you although invested in the company for awhile don't have all your facts correct. Obviously the plan is to grow the company, internal growth, growth by aquisition, or by selling to a larger brand. Realize that and you will sleep better at night. I would still like to know what makes this company a bad investment due to a R/S? Be well. Like so many others JMHO
