Looks like good news in the sense that this company would like to be listed on the OTCBB but not at the expense of taking on a large debt. Again, looking out for the shareholder by keeping us informed and not willing to sell the farm for a simple listing change. Let ISBL do this right, if this merger company doesn't work out, there are hundreds of other OTCBB shells out there that can accomplish the same thing.
