Don't forget the fact that they never gave shareholders the promised Dividend... isn't that fraud? To promise one dividend.. shareholders buy.. dividend never happens then is changed to a cash dividend... a firm date is announced.. cash dividend is NEVER SENT OUT....

Now they claim that Eade is no longer president but that the "preferred shares" are being bought out by FILM DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.. which just happens to be another Eade company with Eade as president and Director...LOL! Could this be an attempt to avoid the court judgement they got against them or is it to confuse buyers into believing Ken is no longer in control of this company? Or both?

They must think people are retarded... three card Monte... "don't look over here.. look over there" while I pick your pockets... LOL Wonder if the new CEO has read this website. Phone conference calls are a complete waste of time.. investors don't care about this company anymore after being screwed over... and the price and volume prove it. Eade also didn't improve matters by constantly insulting shareholders when they would email him questions he didn't want to answer. What is the Beatles song? The love you take is equal to the love you make... well in this case the company gets no love cause they gave shareholders no love.. No body gives a crap anymore..
