stervc, I am as excited as anyone, what a great company and management! I have a question for you. My reading of the PR is that the 2% royalty is part of the purchase price, in addition to the cash, and will go to the seller. However, SRSR has the option of re-purchasing 1.5% of that royalty in the future.
