You seem pretty confident
Also another sign that they have been proactive while awaiting response from DOT is that in November Baltia entered into agreement with PanAm International Flight Academy in Miami, for the training of Baltia’s pilots, flight attendants, and dispatchers.
I like digging into this story :)
