Dude, I was more pissed than any of you...I sell the product and know what I have to contribute and I think any R/S was BS at this time...They should have uplisted for us then announced one for the future to uplist again..in the meantime buyback shares and use them if needed for cash...

NOW they only have to buy 1mil here and hold for .50 and whammo...$500k....no dilution..

A/S is too high, yes, I agree....but its not 5.8bil anymore....
