ALL READ THIS PLEASE: power -- actually you're wrong. during the "waiting" period now that the SEC has the SB2 document, it is very very difficult to execute new stock sales (or dilution as you would call it). this requries endless amendments and revisions that Clint does not want to go through. perhaps they just want to hit the Bulletin Board with a respectible treasury amount in case investment firms begin looking at them at that time?
