Whatever the case may be I maintain a positive outlook for this issue. If in fact he is getting his act together with a plan to become a fully reporting company (redundent?) or not,I do believe that all his actions are aimed at raising the PPS. Perhaps he and his BOD, whomever they are, accumulated during the sub .005 era and are now positioned to make a nice profit.

I have actually added some of my own cash to this equation so that one half od my holdings are other than free shares.
