yes it is.....and it will be too costly to fight so they will pay off this scumbag and hope it goes away.

But me thinks its too late and the industry is going to have to spend some $$ on testing and marketing to reassure the public.

Regardless.....I ain't about to give up my cell over this without some concrete information....just might make people use them a little less.
