Heres a look

Hey Greg,

Hope all is well bro. Here are some of my thoughts on EXCS. Go Pats!

Thoughts on EXCS:

Although I'd sure like to see more communication flowing between the company and the investment community, I do believe that management is undertaking a tall task in its efforts and succeeding in those efforts nonetheless. Firstly, growing the thriving water sports business - which they have and expect to continue to do with reported 37% growth in '07 and projected growth of 40% for the New Year - is quite commendable in my opinion.

Between Geno and Celeste, we have a very qualified team at the helm in my opinion. With her experience and contacts from more than 2 decades at Body Glove, and his deep experience in many facets of water sports (design, mfg., sales, dist, etc.), I like our chances going forward from a sales perspective. In addition, the team is likely making a major effort to grow more accustomed to the newly acquired Sugar Sand boating business before spring and summer kick off. There has to be quite a learning curve there, hopefully the people at Sugar Sand are lending a hand to expedite that process.

This may in fact be the best possible time of year for the learning curve and a brief lull in news. If it's this quiet during the warmer months, then I believe we should possibly be a bit concerned. With water sports pegged for 40% growth in '08 and management publicly stating the expected run rate for the year could hit as high as $10M, I'm sure a lot is being done to ensure a successful future on behalf of EXCS. However, I'd love to see some written dissertation on the company's marketing efforts that are expected to facilitate the aforementioned run rate coming to fruitio. If you look back to their past strategic update news releases, EXCS seems to be very good at outlining future goals and meeting them. Very positive for a company on the OTCBB.
