Stockings, if you knew me back 4 years you would not doubt but I really don't care what you or anyone else believes. I could probably arrange a PM between another party that knew me back way before then and would tell you not only that but also Bob new 12-15 months prior to the housing collapse. Let me expalin something further. I can help people but I surley do not need to prove myself, I already know. I am also one that places xxxxxxxx in my account so I better know. Do understand I pay to know and a few on this board understand how and why I know which isn't any big secret. It is simply called demographics and I have been involved in this area deeply for years. Let me expalin this 1 more time. I will know 12-15 months prior to any great trend break. We knew in 2000 actually I didn't know in 2000 as I wasn't on board yet. As result to that I lost more money than most will ever ..... I have slowly built it back up and I now do not lose 1 nickle not even in the recession then depression to follow. The answers that people want do exist and can be bought for little money. I on the other hand have always share because I want many to enjoy the same things that everyone should enjoy provided they have that sincerity and passion to love life and also share without expectaions in return.
