Well, if I wanted to buy a stock that Web by recommends I would use my own judgement about when and at what price to buy and sell.

It could be that some people have been long gone by .04. Who knows! We all follow whoever or not and should not blame anyone else for our decisions. This is not a friendship club it's people making decisions about their own money and you should do the same without regard to what someone else says.
