Art--GFYF--the S-8 will take forever to complete,GFYF has only traded 8 mil avg shares per day since the 1/20 750 mil S-8--at that rate,the S-8 won't be finished til the summer--at best,GFYF will be a channel stock,trading between .002 and.003
