I took a quick peek at her, they're voting to increase the authorized.
1. to amend the Corporation’s Articles of Incorporation to increase the
authorized shares of the Corporation from 2,000,000 common shares, $0.001 par
value to 100,000,000 common shares, $0.001 par value.
