Yes it does sound nice, but again I haven't been following this board or the developments for a few weeks... let me try to explain what I think and you all can cut me down or agree...

OK we are having a 1/1000 R/S correct??? but after that split we will get 1 for 1 shares in a stock currently trading at 70 cents right???

OK the good stuff... our PPS at .0002 is 3500 x to get to 70 cents right???? so after the R/S and 1 for 1 shares into the new company aren't we ahead by FAR???

My math must be way off right??
