I think it's safe to say the Ibox info is still accurate, but it'll change dramatically soon. The restricted shares used as payment for transactions will show up as the deals are closed.

The A/S will have to be increased sometime soon. 50 million won't be enough for their business plan.

Anyone notice that MCRT is trading? 11.5M O/S

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
