Reverse split phenomenom. In theory your investment should not lose value after a reverse split initially. Unfortunately, that is not usually what happens. The offer is set at what your shares SHOULD be worth. However the bid is much much lower sometimes 1/6 of the offer or lower. So you can never sell your shares at what they should have been. It's a frustrating illusion. Most people just sit on them and hope that it comes back to the split price because their shares are so worthless.
