I just think too many shares were created in the onset. Let's see, if each share suddenly became worth a dollar, you'd have a near "billion dollar company". And that seems totally ludicrous, with +/- 12 stores. You look at YUM (Pizza Hut), which has a $ 17 Billion Mkt Cap, and has just 508 million shares (compared to UPZS's 547 million...) @ $34.34 a share...
