I agree with w/skunks. JV was simply selling SOME of his own shares, to pay bills. Didn't this company start w/880,000,000.00 shares?(a RED Flag, right there?) I remember seeing that figure somewhere, and I can't find it anywhere, anymore. I forgot where I found it. Tried SEC.com, but found nothing. I remember the market capitalization last summer was 91 million dollars, and now it is 9.7 million dollars. I'm sure a CC this afternoon will put all this speculation to rest. IMHO
