I'm only seeing 11500 shares traded. Doesn't seem like market is speaking too loudly. May dip some more but in my opinion they are probably releasing this to get any negative information out of the way. This is not a diluting shell and any posts referring to it as such should be disregarded. The share price will be determined by future revenue just like any other stock.
